This Privacy & PDPA Policy explains how the appointed salespersons operating this website (registered with ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd, "we", "us") collect, use, disclose and protect personal data in line with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA"). It applies to information submitted through this website and to any follow-up communication about Amberwood at Holland.
1. What we collect
When you register your interest we ask for your name, Singapore mobile number, email address, preferred unit type and the type of request you are making (showflat appointment and/or indicative price list and floor plans). If you later engage us for a property transaction, additional information required by the developer, financiers or the Council for Estate Agencies (for example identification documents and financial information) may be collected directly from you at that stage, with your consent.
Our web server and analytics tools may also record technical data such as your IP address, device type, browser, pages visited and the advertising campaign that brought you here. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
2. Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry, arrange a showflat appointment and send the materials you requested.
- To keep you informed about Amberwood at Holland, including preview dates, price releases and unit availability.
- To carry out any property transaction you subsequently ask us to assist with, and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations under the Estate Agents Act.
- To measure and improve the performance of this website and our advertising.
3. Consent and the Do Not Call Registry
By submitting the registration form you consent to us contacting you about your enquiry by voice call, SMS, WhatsApp or email, even if your number is listed on the Do Not Call Registry. You may withdraw this consent at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any message or by contacting us using the details in Section 8. Withdrawal will not affect any processing that took place before we received your request.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We may share your details with:
- The developer of Amberwood at Holland and its appointed marketing agencies, where needed to register your interest, reserve an appointment slot or process a purchase.
- Our estate agency, ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd, for record-keeping required under estate agency regulations.
- Service providers who host this website, deliver messages or process forms on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations.
- Regulators, courts or law-enforcement agencies where disclosure is required by law.
5. Cookies and third-party services
This website uses Google Fonts, an embedded Google Map and, where enabled, Google Ads conversion tracking and Google reCAPTCHA. These services may set cookies or collect device information under their own privacy policies. You can disable cookies in your browser; the registration form will still work.
6. How we protect and retain data
Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Leads that do not proceed to a transaction are typically purged within 24 months of the last contact.
7. Your rights
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop using it. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
